The pro­ject aimed to create a mo­dern and func­tion­al house made from con­tainers, which would be an id­e­al so­lu­tion for peo­ple loo­king for or­gi­nal li­ving spa­ces.
MOMO De­ve­lop­ment pro­vides re­ady-made so­lu­tions for re­si­den­tial and of­fice pur­po­ses u­sing ship­ping con­tainers.
This so­lu­tion al­lows for com­fort­able li­ving, ease of re­lo­ca­tion, and the a­bi­li­ty to quick­ly adapt to the re­si­dents’ needs.

The CON­TAINER HOUSE is a sin­gle-sto­ry home with an area of 60m².
It is based on two 40-foot con­tainers (12.2 me­ters long).
It is a year-round struc­ture, built ac­cord­ing to cur­rent buil­ding re­gu­la­tions.

The con­tainers are shifted re­la­tive to each o­ther, re­sult­ing in a unique ap­pear­ance, large glass sur­faces, and eas­ily adap­table in­te­ri­ors.
The buil­ding in­cludes a bed­room with a small of­fice cor­ner, a spa­cious li­ving room with a ki­tchenette, and a bath­room.
