The vi­su­ali­za­tion pro­ject of the Wi­ślana es­tate, re­ali­zed for DIM In­vest­ments from Pio­trków Try­bu­nalski.

Al­though we were not re­spon­si­ble for the ar­chi­tec­ture of the buil­dings, we proud­ly took on the aes­the­tic role, en­suring the se­lec­tion of co­lors and ex­ter­nal ma­te­ri­als for the es­tate.

We al­so de­signed the in­te­ri­ors of the stair­ca­ses and the en­trance area. Our goal was to create spa­ces that are wel­com­ing and aes­the­ti­cally plea­sing. We used mo­dern ma­te­ri­als and re­fined fi­nishes that em­pha­sized the e­le­gant cha­rac­ter of the es­tate.

Our work al­so ser­ved as a mar­ke­ting and sales tool for the de­ve­lo­per. Thanks to re­al­is­tic and at­trac­tive vi­su­ali­za­tions, po­ten­tial buy­ers could see how the es­tate would look, which si­gnif­icantly fa­ci­tated the sales pro­cess and pro­moted the in­vest­ment.

This pro­ject de­mons­trates our ver­sa­til­ity and a­bi­lity to create not on­ly beau­tiful in­te­ri­ors but al­so at­trac­tive ex­te­ri­ors. We are proud to have con­tri­bu­ted to the suc­cess of this in­vest­ment by ta­king care of the aes­the­tic and func­tion­al as­pects of the Wi­ślana es­tate.
